Graduate engineering students can choose from many research opportunities both on and off campus —

  • Assist a School of Engineering faculty member on a long-term basic or applied research assignment.
  • Align yourself with one of the 250 full-time professional researchers at the University of Dayton Research Institute conducting sponsored research that solves a problem for government or industry.
  • Work side-by-side with an engineer at the Air Force Research Laboratory facilities at nearby Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
